Neurodiversity-Affirming Coaching

I also offer specialist coaching for late-diagnosed and identified Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults, as well as parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children and young people.

Drawing on both lived experience as an AuDHD adult and over 20 years of professional experience in education, my coaching provides practical, strengths-based support for navigating the opportunities and challenges that can accompany neurodivergence.

Areas of support may include:

Understanding neurodivergent identity and reducing the impact of masking

Executive functioning, organisation, and time management

Managing overwhelm, sensory demands, and burnout

Self-advocacy and communication skills

Parenting neurodivergent children using affirming approaches

Navigating educational systems, SEND provision, and accommodations

Building sustainable routines aligned with individual strengths and energy patterns

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate, and focused on helping clients develop practical strategies that support wellbeing, confidence, and long-term success. Coaching is tailored to each individual and centres autonomy, self-understanding, and meaningful personal growth.

Whether you are adjusting to a recent diagnosis, supporting a neurodivergent family member, or seeking strategies to thrive in daily life, coaching can provide a supportive space to explore challenges, build on strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I also work with businesses and organisations seeking to create more inclusive, accessible, and neurodiversity-affirming workplaces. Through coaching, consultation, and training, I help employers better understand the strengths and support needs of neurodivergent employees, foster inclusive communication and management practices, and develop environments where all staff can contribute and thrive.

  • "I would like to say to any woman who thinks that they haven't got a voice or is looking to find their voice to work with you.. because it was just incredible what you did in such a few short hours.. The talented women that I had the privilege of sitting to that table with, has blown my mind. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an incredible, life-changing day. You have literally changed the trajectory of my life.."

  • "If you want to write, draw, paint, or create but are feeling stuck, failing to find your voice, or can’t find the authenticity in your work, you need Heidi’s “Make a Mess” course. It’s online and self-paced; a gentle but in-depth way to work through your self-limiting beliefs to unlock yourself. Heidi’s wisdom and advice shine through every section, and it’s like being taken by the hand by a generous but knowledgeable teacher to help you create again for a fraction of the price of an in-person retreat or other online course. I can’t praise Heidi enough. She is warm, compassionate, and has lit a fire in me. I’m writing more than I have in ages with an enthusiasm and authenticity that finally rings true."
