Neurodiversity-Affirming Coaching
I also offer specialist coaching for late-diagnosed and identified Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults, as well as parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children and young people.
Drawing on both lived experience as an AuDHD adult and over 20 years of professional experience in education, my coaching provides practical, strengths-based support for navigating the opportunities and challenges that can accompany neurodivergence.
Areas of support may include:
Understanding neurodivergent identity and reducing the impact of masking
Executive functioning, organisation, and time management
Managing overwhelm, sensory demands, and burnout
Self-advocacy and communication skills
Parenting neurodivergent children using affirming approaches
Navigating educational systems, SEND provision, and accommodations
Building sustainable routines aligned with individual strengths and energy patterns
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate, and focused on helping clients develop practical strategies that support wellbeing, confidence, and long-term success. Coaching is tailored to each individual and centres autonomy, self-understanding, and meaningful personal growth.
Whether you are adjusting to a recent diagnosis, supporting a neurodivergent family member, or seeking strategies to thrive in daily life, coaching can provide a supportive space to explore challenges, build on strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I also work with businesses and organisations seeking to create more inclusive, accessible, and neurodiversity-affirming workplaces. Through coaching, consultation, and training, I help employers better understand the strengths and support needs of neurodivergent employees, foster inclusive communication and management practices, and develop environments where all staff can contribute and thrive.
